You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including any packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories provided with the item.

Return Shipping
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Unwanted Items
If you decide that you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong product, or selected an incorrect size or color, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Please note that any original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
How to Request a Return

Step 2 – Prepare Your Package
Carefully package the item and include all original components whenever possible.
Step 3 – Return the Item
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address and shipping guidance.
Refunds
After we receive your return, the item will be inspected to verify that it meets our return requirements.
Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the inspection is completed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to an additional 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
