How long will it take to get my orders?

Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Once on its way, parcels typically arrive within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the courier and your delivery address.
Estimated overall delivery timeframe
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days in total.
Delivery times are approximate and can vary during busy periods, adverse weather or courier-related delays.
Refund & Return
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or not match what you ordered, we will cover the full cost of the return. There is no charge to you in these situations.
If you ordered the wrong item, the size isn’t suitable, or you simply no longer want the product, the return postage will be at your expense.
Please note:shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not apply any restocking fees.
